Returns Policy

3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return:
a. Contact us at hello@sensorykingdom.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.
b. Attach the photo or video proof to your communication.
c. Once reviewed, our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Change of Mind Policy
At Sensory Kingdom, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
